"Great company and service. Only downside is that I was phoned an hour before my picking being told that I have to pay £5 for the parking. This was never stipulated in the initial quote and I did not appreciate being told it has to be paid. The manager was understanding and ended up not charging me the fee, but it is something I will lookout for before booking with them again. "
